An ad agency for local businesses — flipped
Callstone builds and ranks websites for service trades in markets across the country, then rents each one to a single operator. Every call the site produces is exclusive, forwarded straight to you, and logged.
Ask about an open marketWhy “flipped”
You pay a monthly retainer. They start from zero on your website, your SEO, your ads — and the meter runs whether or not the phone rings.
Six months in, you own a project. Maybe.
We build the site first, on our own dime, and carry it until it produces calls. You only ever rent a machine that is already running.
If it stops being worth it, you cancel. That risk stays ours — permanently.
The model
We pick an underserved service market and build a site with real depth — the kind that ranks on content quality. Our time, our risk.
Flat monthly rate, one business per market. The calls are never resold, shared, or auctioned.
The site’s tracked number forwards straight to your cell. Every call logged — when, from where, how long.
Hear it work
Every forwarded call opens with one line — “This lead was brought to you by Callstone Leads.”
You always know which calls the rent is paying for.
What the rent covers
Built, hosted, ranked, and maintained. Content, technical upkeep, and search presence are our job for as long as you rent.
The site’s tracked line forwards to any phone you choose. Change the destination any time — no hardware, nothing to install.
One operator per site, full stop. If your town is taken, it’s taken — we’ll tell you what’s open nearby instead of doubling anyone up.
A complete log of every call the site produced. Check what the rent bought against real numbers, every month.
The terms
Straight answers
Lead sellers auction the same customer to three or four businesses and charge per name. A Callstone site is a storefront that belongs to you while you rent it: every caller found you, chose you, and nobody else gets the call. The rent is the same number every month whether the site sends thirty calls or fifty — when the site does well, you keep the upside.
You can, and some operators should. What you’re renting is time and certainty: a new site takes months of writing, technical work, and waiting to rank, with no guarantee it ever does. We carry that risk on our own dime, and you rent the one that already works. If it isn’t producing, you cancel — try doing that with a site you spent a year building.
The site and its phone number stay with Callstone and get offered to another operator in your market. Your own business — your website, your Google profile, your real number — was never entangled with ours, so nothing about your company changes. That separation is deliberate, and it protects you as much as us.
Three ways. You hear the announcement line at the start of every forwarded call. You get the call log — time, duration, caller area — to check against your own phone. And you took the jobs yourself. We rent on evidence, not projections, and the log is the evidence.
One operator per market means availability changes. Email with your trade and the towns you cover, and you’ll get a straight answer about what’s open, what’s rented, and what we’d consider building next.

One email with your trade and coverage area gets a straight answer — what’s available, what’s rented, and what the rent runs. No call list, no follow-up sequence.
